Our Services

• Snow Plowing — parking lots, drive lanes, loading docks and entrances.

• Salting & De-Icing — pre-treatment before the storm and salt after plowing to keep lots and walkways safe.

• Sidewalks & Entrances — shoveling, snow blowing and de-icing of walkways, stairs, ramps and doorways.

• Snow Stacking & Removal — we pile snow where it does not block parking or drainage, and haul it off the property when space runs out.

• Post-Storm Ice Checks — we come back after the storm to check for refreeze and treat ice.

Service Options

Per-Call Package
Service is on demand, per call, from the first 0.1" of snow, based on the snow recorded at your property. You pay per call; salting is priced separately per application.

Seasonal Contract (2026–27)
One fixed price for the season with a set number of storms included, payments in advance, and a written price for any extra storm. Salting can be included or billed per application.

Per-Inch Option
For sites that prefer to pay by snowfall depth.

Every property is different: we measure your lot by satellite and send a written proposal with all options within 24 hours. Pricing is quoted per property after measurement.

How We Work

• 24/7 Weather Watch — we track National Weather Service forecasts around the clock and plan routes before the first flake falls.

• Pre-Treatment — salt goes down before the storm when conditions call for it.

• During the Storm — crews keep lots, entrances and sidewalks open.

• After the Storm — we come back to check for ice and refreeze.

• Proof of Every Visit — time-stamped photos with GPS for each service, sent to the property manager.

• Fully Insured — every crew and every visit.
